Medial thigh lift is a cosmetic procedure aimed at reducing the loose skin and extra fatty tissue in the inner aspect of the thigh. A tighter, toned, more youthful inner thigh is achieved with a very well hidden scar in the groin. This procedure is often combined with Liposuction.

Under general anaesthetic a cut is made in the upper inner thigh in the groin crease. The skin is lifted off the muscle in this area. The extra skin is then cut out and the thigh skin pulled up tight. The resultant scar is well hidden in the groin crease. A dressing is then applied. | |
